Request: zero-width space combining char sequence

Hi,

I'd like to request zero-width space (U+200B) to be added to the Compose file.
The most obvious combo for me would be

<Multi_key> <0> <space> : "​" U200b # ZERO WIDTH SPACE

though doing it the other way around to group it with the spaces group would
also make sense:

<Multi_key> <space> <0> : "​" U200b # ZERO WIDTH SPACE
